Goodyear and Peoria Among Value Leaders
Goodyear and Peoria were named on MoneyLion’s list of the 50 most affordable, fastest-growing U.S. cities, ranking No. 2 and No. 17, respectively.
The rankings evaluate cities based on population growth, income levels, and living costs, including the average household income left after home mortgages and rents are paid.
Goodyear posted 33.9% five-year population growth, with renters averaging $56,608 and homeowners $47,513 in leftover annual income. Peoria saw 17.1% growth over the same period, with renters left with $48,528 and homeowners with $38,726.
Frisco, Texas, ranked No. 1, while Vancouver, Washington, was last among the 50 cities.
