Article Icon 1Police Detail Brother’s Mental Illness

A police report details years of mental illness, drug use, and growing threats from Christopher Eaves, accused in the March killing of his brother, Phoenix attorney James “Artie” Eaves.

The report describes disturbing delusions, including Christopher believing he was the U.S. President and chief executive of Meta, and his gifting of bondage clothing to a teenage niece.

Eaves is undergoing a mental competency evaluation.

Following the shooting, police say Christopher calmly returned with his parents to James’ home—the scene of the murder—and comforted them before his arrest.

A U.S. Army veteran traveling to Arizona to visit her new grandson was commended for helping stop a passenger who tried to storm the cockpit of an Atlanta-to-Tucson flight.

Georgia resident Nicole Pruitt, who served in the Army for 26 years, said she stepped in to restrain a woman who wanted to force her way into the cockpit, claiming God told her to exit the plane mid-flight.

Pruitt’s son, Tyrique Perry, praised Pruitt’s bravery and shared a cellphone video of the moments after the woman was restrained. The video has drawn millions of views on social media.

Article Icon 1Shoppers Face Rising Beef Prices

Beef prices are reaching record highs in Arizona and nationally due to tightening supply and sustained consumer demand.

The owner of a Phoenix butcher shop suggests steak shoppers look beyond ribeyes and tenderloins for cuts with prices “that are a little more favorable and they’re still excellent steaks.”

Nationally, ground beef prices are up about 10% and steak prices are up about 12% from a year ago, driven by inflation and the lowest cattle population since the 1950s. In June, ground beef topped $6 per pound for the first time.

Prolonged drought, rising feed costs, and economic conditions have led ranchers to shrink their herds, while additional strain from disease-related import bans and potential tariffs on lean beef imports have intensified supply pressures, analysts say.

What if you could reduce the appearance of wrinkles, smooth out cellulite, and promote stronger hair, skin, and nails by adding two simple scoops to your morning coffee?

It’s not just a dream. It’s what thousands of women over 40 are now experiencing thanks to Sculpt Nation’s Multi-Collagen Protein Powder—a 5-in-1 anti-aging blend made from premium sources of Types I, II, and III collagen, horsetail fern, and bamboo extract.

Collagen is your body’s natural building block for skin elasticity, hair strength, and joint health. But after age 30, collagen production plummets, leading to sagging skin, brittle nails, and thinning hair.

This unflavored formula makes it effortless to support your skin, joints, and hair from within. There are no pills or fancy treatments, just two scoops mixed into your favorite beverage, hot or cold. You won’t taste a thing, but you may start feeling the difference in as little as two weeks.

It’s the beauty ritual women are calling their daily glow-up.
