Article Icon 1Stray Gunfire Hits Homes

Pima County is working to curb illegal gunfire from state trust land hitting homes, as residents report frequent weekend shootings and push for stronger enforcement.

Officials say the shooting is coming from land behind homes near Valencia and Vahalla roads, where jurisdictional challenges have slowed response despite repeated 911 calls.

In some incidents, bullets have pierced homes and vehicles, forcing families indoors and raising fears of serious injury.

The concerns follow an October incident in Marana where a bullet from police target practice struck a playground, leading to the supervising sergeant’s indictment.

Article Icon 1Burgum Urges Water ‘Sacrifices’

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum said Arizona and other Colorado River Basin states must make “sacrifices” as they negotiate how to divide a shrinking water supply.

His comments come after governors from the basin states have thus far failed to reach a deal on future water use, with Arizona potentially facing disproportionate cuts under current rules.

Burgum warned that low spring runoff is adding pressure, saying an agreement will “require everybody to dig in and take bigger cuts than they want.”

If no deal is reached, federal officials could step in to impose a plan, raising the likelihood of legal battles over water rights.

Scottsdale led nationally in the fitness category, based on exercise rates and access to gyms and wellness facilities.

Earlier this year, Scottsdale was named one of the happiest cities in the U.S.

One Day Left to Invest in the ‘Nvidia of Energy’ at $7.77/share

Nvidia’s valuation surged by 1,092% in just three years when it became the backbone of AI. But AI has a massive energy problem Nvidia can’t fix

As AI data centers begin consuming more power than entire nations like Sweden or Argentina, Frontieras North America’s patented technology reforms coal into high-value commodities like hydrogen and diesel without burning it. It creates a technical carbon to replace coal that burns as clean as natural gas. Under a White House that favors energy production on our home soil, it could unlock up to $2.1 Trillion in energy potential.

Here’s why you shouldn’t miss this last chance to invest at $7.77/share

The Next $435B Energy Empire Is Being Minted

In today’s dollars, John D. Rockefeller would be worth $435 billion. But “oil money” is old news, and what’s next might surprise investors in 2026: a $2.1 Trillion opportunity in “clean” coal.

Now is the “Rockefeller” moment for Frontieras as they reform coal into hydrogen, diesel and other valuable commodities (just like Rockefeller did with oil). With a White House that favors domestic energy, the NASDAQ ticker FASF reserved, and land officially purchased for their flagship coal reformation plant, Frontieras is positioned for potential valuation impact.

You have until April 9 at 11:59 PM PT to invest in Frontieras at $7.77/share.*
