Article Icon 1Court Clarifies Harassment Law

The state Supreme Court ruled that statements made to third parties can qualify as harassment if intended to harm the targeted person.

The decision stems from a case involving two parents, where a father’s comments to school staff led to disciplinary action against his child’s mother at her workplace.

Justices said the law focuses on who the conduct is aimed at, not who hears it. At the same time, the court noted that only harmful intent qualifies as harassment, directing an appeals court to consider free speech and other issues.

Article Icon 1Officer Charged In Drug Raid Leak

A Mesa Police Department sergeant with 18 years of service was charged with a felony after allegedly tipping off a suspect about an impending SWAT raid.

Investigators said Sgt. Edward Fire, 50, contacted the suspect, described as a drinking buddy, and gave him time to hide drugs and an illegal firearm before officers arrived.

Police said they recovered a handgun, ammunition, and narcotics, and that Fire’s actions could have compromised the investigation and put officers at greater risk.

Fire, who was recognized in 2024 for a bust that seized more than 200 pounds of fentanyl, remains on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the case.

One Shark Missed Billions… Another Saw This Coming

Imagine turning down an Uber offer at a $10 million valuation, only to see it go public at over $80 billion.

That’s exactly what happened to Mark Cuban… a 799,900% return, gone.

But original Shark Tank investor Kevin Harrington built his career doing the opposite: spotting asymmetric opportunities before they go mainstream.

Like Uber turned vehicles into income-generating assets, Mode Mobile is turning smartphones into income streams.

They were named the No. 1 fastest-growing software company by Deloitte and have already helped their users earn and save over $1B.

Kevin Harrington invested early.

And at just $0.50/share, you can still get in before their potential IPO.

Secure shares at $0.50 while the pre-IPO window is still open.
