Article Icon 1Phoenix Home Prices Drop

New statistics on home sales show property values in Phoenix are falling after the pandemic-era buying frenzy led to inflated prices.

Reventure App CEO Nick Gerli said cooling demand is forcing a correction, with prices now down 6.9% since their peak in June 2022.

An increase in supply is contributing to lower prices. Phoenix Valley real estate agent Jeff Sibbach said the more than 27,000 homes currently for sale in Arizona are the most he’s seen in nearly a decade.

More millennials are selling, with roughly 86% of them who bought during the pandemic expressing buyer’s remorse.

Article Icon 1Slain Teen Reported Sexual Assaults

The Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed that 15-year-old Emily Pike reported two sexual assaults on her in 2023, more than a year before she was found murdered.

The teen reported that the alleged assaults took place on the Fort Apache and San Carlos Apache reservations. Nobody was prosecuted for either alleged assault.

After the second alleged assault, San Carlos Apache tribal social service workers took custody of Emily. She spent the next 18 months in foster care before she ran away in January 2025.

Her dismembered body was found in February off U.S. 60 northeast of Globe. The San Carlos Apache tribe is offering a $75,000 reward to help find the person who killed her.

The Miami High School baseball team helped save a homeowner and her dog from a house fire.

Team members said they heard what sounded like a transformer blow up and saw smoke and flames at a nearby property.

They hurried to help the homeowner, who was wearing headphones and was unaware of the fire. Firefighters responded and put the fire out.

The team is expected to be honored by the mayor of Miami later this month.

Japanese Water Soluble Plastic Has American Competition

Japan’s RIKEN institute recently unveiled a plastic that dissolves in seawater within hours — a breakthrough in the fight against pollution. But Florida-based Timeplast may have quietly surpassed it.

With seven patents and a proprietary process called “molecular disintegration,” Timeplast’s plastics dissolve not just in seawater, but also in freshwater, rain, humidity, and soil. Unlike traditional solutions, these materials leave no microplastics behind and maintain the strength of conventional plastics. Already used in 3D printing and flexible composites, Timeplast’s lineup is versatile and scalable.

They’re on a mission to revolutionize multiple industries:

  • Packaging

  • 3D Printing

  • Healthcare

  • Agriculture

  • Consumer Goods

  • Marine

  • Construction

  • Retail & Events

As you can see, the market potential is enormous ($1.3T in total). That’s just one reason why they’ve already attracted over 6,000 investors.

This is your opportunity to join Timeplast as they lead a plastic revolution with global implications. Become a Timeplast shareholder now.
