A motorist driving erratically was shot and killed by security forces Friday outside the main gate of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson.

Family members identified the driver as Jonathan Rogers and said they believe a diabetic episode may have caused erratic behavior.

Base officials said security teams are trained to respond according to threat levels. An investigation into the incident continues.

An Amazon customer in Avondale captured footage of a delivery drone dropping a package on his lawn, only for the drone’s propellers to blow the box into his backyard pool.

The customer said the package contained vitamins. The MK30 drones can carry up to five pounds and currently deliver in the Tolleson and Avondale areas.

Amazon described such mishaps as rare and apologized for the inconvenience.

In May in Tolleson, an Amazon drone was found on its side after making an emergency landing in the middle of an apartment complex.
