Own The Flyover

One Week In—And We’re Just Getting Started

After the first week, I want to update you and thank you.

We are truly humbled by the incredible response to our reader-owned investment opportunity.

In just one week:

  • Over $600,000 has already been raised
  • More than $1.26 million is currently in our investment funnel
  • 300,000+ shares have been sold

This has exceeded our expectations—and it’s proof that readers like you believe in building a new kind of news. Thank you!

A quick reminder:

  • Our 10% bonus shares end after the first $1 million is raised.
  • Flyover readers get an additional 5% bonus shares on top of that.

Why does this matter? Because legacy media is failing. They’ve traded trust for clicks, personalities, and corporate agendas. We saw that vacuum—and we filled it. The Flyover exists to deliver fact-first, common-sense news for common-sense Americans, with no corporate boss to answer to. Our only boss is you, our readers.

And now, you can own it.

Shares are just $2 each with a minimum investment of $750. Rarely do readers have the opportunity to own the news they trust. We’d be honored to have you join us and help shape the future of The Flyover.

Invest today and be part of the movement.

The Mexican state of Sonora deployed a unit of U.S.-trained police officers to combat human trafficking and drug smuggling in cities across the border from Arizona.

The deployment “is a concrete step to stop the flow of illicit drugs, weapons, and people while boosting trade and community ties,” U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Ronald Johnson said.

The elite unit will base its operations in Agua Prieta, Sonoyta, and other border cities, and work closely with U.S. law enforcement officers to focus heavily on the Sinaloa cartel.

Article Icon 1Councilman Stops Shoplifter

Tucson councilman Paul Cunningham scuffled with a shoplifter trying to steal bottles of liquor from a Walgreens on Friday night.

As the shoplifter tried to flee, Cunningham confronted him, leading to a brief struggle during which liquor bottles fell from the thief’s bag before he ran out of the store.

“It was an impulsive decision and not something I’d recommend. Don’t put yourself in harm’s way. I’m lucky nothing happened that was way worse,” said Cunningham, who shared additional details on social media.

The shoplifter remained at large, and the investigation was continuing.

Students in a Vail School District construction class continue to build tiny houses to help address an affordable housing shortage for teachers.

Construction teacher Michael Keck said the program also gives students valuable hands-on experience working alongside plumbers, electricians, and other professionals.

The program began in 2018, with each house taking about nine to 12 months to build.

One System Solving Three Crises at Once

What if your next investment could help fight climate change, end water scarcity, secure America’s renewable energy future, and bring upside to your portfolio? With Vero3, it can.

They developed a zero-waste system that cleanly produces lithium and water, and permanently stores carbon.

Backed by $25M+ in public funding and 18 years of research, they’re aiming to capture 3 million tons of carbon, produce 2.3 billion gallons of clean water, and supply 9,000 tons of lithium at some of the lowest costs in the industry.

Now, they’re scaling this breakthrough system across more than $300B in combined market opportunities. No wonder they’re targeting a Nasdaq listing by 2027

And you’re invited to share in Vero3’s growth as an early-stage investor today.

Wyoming’s on the Verge of Becoming A Lithium Powerhouse

America needs 5X more lithium by 2035, but no new mines have opened since 1967. Meanwhile, current extraction methods are slow, waste insane amounts of water, and emit loads of carbon.

So Vero3 devised a way to not only cleanly produce 9K tons of lithium, they’ll generate 2.3B gallons of clean water and permanently store 3M tons of carbon in the process – all from the same 12,000-acre Wyoming site.

This first of its kind project is already backed by $25M in federal funding and projects $183M in annual revenue

It’s the kind of zero-waste, vertically integrated model legacy operators can’t match. Even better? Shares are now open to the public ahead of commercial trials and a targeted 2027 Nasdaq IPO.
