The Flyover Funding Round is Closing

We want to share this with Flyover readers directly.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and we believe it will fill. More than 60% is already subscribed, and once it’s closed, this opportunity will be gone.

That’s why we are making a strong end-of-year push, because we’d love to welcome as many Flyover reader-owners as possible before the end of 2025.

An End-of-Year Bonus for Readers

To make that easier, we’re extending our bonus shares through the New Year:

  • +10% End-of-Year Bonus Shares
  • +5% Reader Bonus Shares
15% total bonus shares, with additional bonuses available for larger investments

This bonus is available only while shares remain and is part of this year-end push.

What Early Investors Have Already Made Possible

Reader-owners have helped The Flyover truly take off in 2025:

  • Over $3.1 million invested
  • More than 2,100 investors
  • Reader growth from ~1.5M to 3.6M+ in one year
  • 73% year-over-year revenue growth
  • 88% year-over-year gross profit growth
  • Podcast launched from zero to nearly 500,000 monthly views and listens

That growth wasn’t accidental. It came from readers stepping up and backing a different kind of media company.

Why This Matters

Legacy media is losing trust, audience, and relevance—doubling down on bias, spin, and click-driven outrage.

The Flyover is doing the opposite.

In 2025, we put legacy media on notice—by creating one of the fastest-growing fact-first, common-sense news sources in America for those who are tired of being lectured to and manipulated.

If you believe news should inform, not inflame…

If The Flyover has become part of your daily routine…

If you want to help build the alternative millions are looking for…

Today is your opportunity to become an owner before the end of the year and before this round closes next month.

Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk, endorsed Vice President JD Vance in the 2028 race for president at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in Phoenix.

President Trump phoned in to the event on Sunday, speaking highly of Charlie and Erika and prompting chants of “USA!” from the crowd.

Vance addressed the group on Sunday, saying the Trump administration is carrying on Kirk’s ideals, including support for free speech and opposition to identity politics.

Erika Kirk also addressed conservative infighting at the event. “Say what you want about AmFest, but it’s definitely not boring,” she said.

Arizona State football coach Kenny Dillingham will remain with the Sun Devils, turning down interest from Michigan after agreeing to a new contract worth about $7.5 million per year.

Dillingham said his decision reflects his commitment to his players and staff, along with a pledge by boosters to increase their financial support of the program.

Michigan fired its head coach over an alleged assault and viewed Dillingham as a top candidate after his success at ASU.

Dillingham’s new deal reportedly includes performance-based measures that could extend the contract up to 10 years.

A Phoenix man launched a nationwide platform that lets homeowners rate and review their HOA boards and management companies.

Bill McKay, a longtime Valley resident and former HOA board member, said he created HoaDoctor.com to increase accountability and transparency in community associations.

The site differs from other platforms by verifying that reviewers live in the communities they cover, he said.

Users can provide feedback on finances, responsiveness, maintenance, and improvements, with some HOA managers welcoming the site as a way to highlight positive reviews.
